You will get .zip file. Extract it to .exe

Then open the .exe file.

The "Free version" has most of the same functions as the "Pro version." There are only 2 limitations: a maximum of 50 images can be processed per day, and only 10 keywords can be used.

How to get OpenAI API key

To use the program, users need their own OpenAI API key and must ensure they have sufficient credit in their OpenAI account balance.

Click "Get API Key" or go to platform.openai.com/api-keys

Click "Create new secret key" at the top right of the page.

Name the key anything you want, then click "Create secret key"

Click "Copy" to save your key. Note: The key will only be shown once. If you lose it, you'll need to create a new one.

Enter your key in the box and click "Save Key." You only need to do this once - the key will be saved for future use when you reopen the program.

Add to credit balance

Before you can use the program, you need to add credit to your OpenAI account. Click "Add Credit" to proceed.

Click "Add to credit balance"

The minimum deposit is $5, which can be used to process approximately 10,000 photos.

Generate Metadata

Now you can use the program to automatically generate metadata.

How to use .csv file

Now PNG and video files can be embedded metadata. But if it not working, you can use the CSV file to upload metadata to stock photo sites.
